Vacuum-Applicator for bonding of rain/light sensors, supports or name plates on glass panes or vehicles
Use:
Positioning and bonding of attached parts, e.g. rain/light sensors on
windscreens, supports or name plates on vehicles.
Functional
Description:
The operator inserts a part in the negative mold, the part is kept in position
by vacuum. The applicator is positioned at the windscreen/the vehicle
manually – optionally by stops. The activation of a second vacuum evacuates
the large chamber and the attached part is pressed tightly to the windscreen/vehicle
by the outer air pressure. Thus, the glass pane/car body will not be deformed.
The contact pressure recommended by the tape manufacturer will be observed.
Energy: compressed air, 6 bars.
Processible Products:
e.g. rain/light sensors, camera holders, name plates, symbols, emblems with
double-sided adhesive pads.
Optional Heating Unit:
Heating unit with IR-heaters (2 x 300 Watts) for a safe process. Timer-controlled heating of the adhesive substrate.
Optional Positioning Jig:
Positioning jig for an exact positioning of the attached part at the windscreen/vehicle.
